The Clearwater High School volleyball team had a great season. Their record was 16-18 this year. This shows how much the team has improved for last year. A few seniors from the varsity team were interviewed on their thoughts from this season. Kylee Harman (12), varsity outside hitter, had positive thoughts on the season. Kylee stated, “I think it was a lot better than last season and I think everyone was a lot closer this year and just a lot more fun in general.” She did win All-Tournament Team honors at the home tournament. She is being scouted by a college for volleyball. Reagan Berlin (12), varsity middle hitter, is also looking at playing in college. She was asked what she would miss most about her 4 years of playing and she responded with, “I’m definitely going to miss like playing volleyball for Clearwater, all of it in general.” She mentioned becoming really close to Briona Woods (10), varsity middle hitter, this season. Rylie Noland (12), varsity setter, had a lot to say about this season. She talked about playing with her sister, Brynne Noland (10), varsity outside hitter, on the same team. She expressed how she felt about not playing with her sister anymore by saying, “I’ll probably miss playing with my sister the most, but I love everyone fairly equally.” The seniors all had a lot to say about their team and seemed pretty proud of their teammates. They all had a great season and the team hopes they pursue wherever their HEART leads them.
